Shipping Policy for The Lash and Nail Academy (Kits Only)

At The Lash and Nail Academy, we are committed to delivering your kits promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for all orders related to kits purchased through our website:

1. Shipping Processing Time
All kit orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number (if applicable).

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery address.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-3 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or postal service disruptions. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these factors.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your kit is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at tyla@thelashandnailacademy.co.za or 071 452 4763 so we can assist you with resolving the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and ensure a prompt resolution.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping information. If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary corrections.

9. Returns & Refunds
As our kits are delivered physically, they may be returned if unopened and in original condition within 2 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details on returns and how to initiate the process.

This shipping policy covers all kit-related purchases only, as training programs are delivered digitally and therefore excluded from this policy.
